For any reason damage is present upon receipt, please notify our staff ASAP at sales@brooklynblackandwhite.com  An identical replacement will be shipped immediately. Under most circumstances, replacements fulfilled within 3-7 business days. 


​We founded BrooklynBlackandWhite with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Buy with confidence, returns always accepted. That being stated, we must limit accidental damage to one replacement per purchased print. Pre-authorization required, return shipping charges to be paid by customer unless approved with support staff ahead of time at info@brooklynblackandwhite.com
